Seeking to represent a high-end luxury lifestyle yet remain accessible, CambridgePark Place Apartments needed a brochure with a texture and weight to represent their quality.  The paper and binding chose were of a higher quality than typical for a property brochure, with a custom glue spine a rear pocket. The entire assembly was conceptualized by Scorpio Creative to allow CPP to truly impress it's sales clientele.

Scorpio Creative was involved with every step of this process, from the custom photo shoot, to the design, to the printing.
